We pack every order only after it is placed, so dispatch takes a little longer than a warehouse would. Here is exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
- We currently ship anywhere within India.
- We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside India, message us and we will tell you when that changes.
Dispatch time
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–3 working days of the order being placed.
- Nothing is pre-packed. Your order is weighed and sealed after you place it, which is the reason for those two to three days.
- During harvest season or festival periods dispatch may take slightly longer. If that happens we will message you rather than let you wonder.
Delivery time
- Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days of dispatch.
- Remote pin codes, hill regions and the north-east may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Weather, strikes and road closures in the hills can all delay a parcel.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 999.
- Below Rs. 999, a flat shipping charge of Rs. [TO CONFIRM] applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
- A tracking link is sent to you by WhatsApp or email once your parcel is handed to the courier.
- If you have not received tracking within four working days of ordering, message us and we will find out where it is.
Delays and lost parcels
- If your parcel has not moved for more than five working days, message us with your order number and we will raise it with the courier.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend the order or refund it in full. You will not be asked to bear the cost of a courier failure.
Incorrect addresses
- Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Deliveries to the hills often depend on the courier being able to call you.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we can resend it, but reshipping charges will apply.
