Placing an order
- An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent you a confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we believe an order is fraudulent. In any such case you will be refunded in full.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices change with each season and harvest. The price shown at the time you order is the price that applies to that order.
- We try hard to keep pricing accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
Natural variation in food
- Everything we sell is grown, made or gathered rather than manufactured. Colour, size, texture and taste vary between harvests and between batches.
- Photographs on this site are indicative. Honey crystallises, ghee changes texture with temperature, and beans and nuts vary in size. These are characteristics of unprocessed food and are not defects.

- Information on this site about traditional uses of a food is provided for general interest only.
- Nothing we publish is medical advice, and none of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition or an allergy, consult a qualified professional.
Allergens
- Our products are handled in facilities and homes where nuts, dairy and cereals are all present. We cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
